At Nivkara, we stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our Ayurvedic formulation. Because true Ayurvedic results take time, we have built a structured Transformation Guarantee Program instead of a generic "money-back" promise. This program protects genuine customers, prevents misuse, and ensures every refund claim is fair, evidence-based, and resolved within 7 working days.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms below.
1. Medical & Product Disclaimer
Nivkara is an Ayurvedic wellness supplement, not a medicine. Results vary from person to person based on body type, diet, lifestyle, sleep, stress levels, and consistency of use. Nivkara does not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
The following individuals must consult a qualified physician or Ayurvedic practitioner before use:
- Pregnant or lactating women
- Anyone under 18 years of age
- Individuals on prescription medication
- Anyone with a known medical condition or allergy to herbs
By purchasing Nivkara, you confirm that you have read this disclaimer and are using the product at your own discretion.
2. The Nivkara Transformation Guarantee™
We offer a 60-Day Transformation Guarantee. If you follow our 3-checkpoint protocol and do not see a minimum weight gain of 1 kg within 60 days, we will refund 100% of your product cost — no questions asked.
This guarantee is built on a simple truth: Ayurvedic results require minimum 45–60 days of consistent intake. A 14-day refund window cannot fairly evaluate an Ayurvedic formulation. Our Transformation Guarantee gives your body enough time to respond, and gives you a fair, evidence-based path to a refund if it doesn't.
3. Eligibility — The 3-Checkpoint Protocol
To be eligible for a refund under the Transformation Guarantee, the customer must complete all three checkpoints by emailing the required proofs to nivkarastore@gmail.com.
✅ Checkpoint 1 — Day 1 Activation (within 48 hours of delivery)
Email the following to nivkarastore@gmail.com with the subject line: "Activation — [Your Order Number]"
- Unboxing photo showing the sealed Nivkara bottle with Batch Number and Manufacturing Date clearly visible
- Starting Weight Photo: A photograph of yourself standing on a weighing scale, with the scale reading clearly visible and your feet visible in the same frame
- Starting Body Photo: Front and side photograph in a fitted T-shirt against a plain background
- A confirmation line in the email: "I am enrolling in the Nivkara Transformation Program and consent to result-based eligibility."
Important: If Checkpoint 1 is not completed within 48 hours of delivery, the customer is not eligible for the Transformation Guarantee refund. Only standard returns (for damaged, defective, or wrong product) will apply.
✅ Checkpoint 2 — Day 15 Progress Update
Email the following to nivkarastore@gmail.com with the subject line: "Day 15 Update — [Your Order Number]"
- A photograph of your current Nivkara bottle showing remaining capsules (consumption proof)
- A short note describing your daily intake pattern (e.g., "Two capsules per day, after breakfast and dinner, for 14 days.")
- A brief summary of your diet and lifestyle during the period
Important: Day 15 update must be received between Day 14 and Day 17. Missing this checkpoint may result in your refund being processed at a partial rate, as consistency of usage cannot be verified.
✅ Checkpoint 3 — Day 60 Final Submission
Email the following to nivkarastore@gmail.com with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Order Number]"
- Final Weight Photo: Same weighing scale, same conditions, full body and reading visible
- Final Body Photo: Same angles, same lighting setup, and same clothing style as the Day 1 photo
- Empty Bottle Photo: All used bottles together as consumption evidence
- A short note describing your experience and reason for requesting refund
If your verified weight gain is less than 1 kg and all checkpoints have been completed correctly, your refund will be initiated within 7 working days.
4. Standard Returns (Separate from Transformation Guarantee)
For situations not related to results, the following standard return terms apply:
- Damaged, defective, or wrong product: Report within 48 hours of delivery via email to nivkarastore@gmail.com with photographs of the product, packaging, and batch number. A free replacement or full refund (including shipping) will be processed.
- Unopened, sealed product: May be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is borne by the customer. A refund of the product cost (excluding shipping and COD handling charges) will be processed within 7 working days of receipt.
5. Non-Returnable Situations
We are unable to process refunds in the following cases:
- Refund request raised without completing all 3 checkpoints of the Transformation Program
- Day 1 Activation email not received within 48 hours of delivery
- Photographs that cannot be verified, are unclear, or appear to be edited
- Product used inconsistently (fewer than 50 capsules consumed in 60 days)
- Product used against label instructions or contraindicated for the user
- Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as non-returnable
- Repeated refund requests from the same address, phone number, or payment account showing a pattern of misuse
- Request raised after 65 days from delivery date
6. Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved:
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- COD Orders: Refund will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI within 5–7 working days. Please share your bank or UPI details when submitting your Day 60 request.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
Please note: Shipping charges and COD handling fees are non-refundable. If your order included a complimentary item or bonus product, it must be returned in unused condition before the refund is processed.
7. Exchange or Replacement
If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing nivkarastore@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Photograph of the product
- Photograph of the outer packaging
- Photograph of the visible batch number and manufacturing date
A free replacement will be dispatched within 3 working days at no additional cost. No return shipping will be charged in such cases.
8. Allergic Reaction or Adverse Effect Protocol
While Nivkara is made from 100% natural Ayurvedic herbs, individual sensitivities can occur. If you experience any adverse reaction such as rash, severe acidity, or any unexpected symptom:
- Stop using the product immediately
- Consult a qualified medical practitioner
- Email nivkarastore@gmail.com within 24 hours with: order number, photographs of the reaction, and a copy of the medical consultation/prescription
- Subject line: "Adverse Reaction — [Your Order Number]"
In such verified cases, Nivkara will issue a full refund along with reimbursement of medical consultation charges up to ₹500, regardless of the Transformation Guarantee checkpoint status.
9. Fraud Prevention
Nivkara reserves the right to refuse refunds or take appropriate action in cases of:
- Multiple refund requests from the same address, phone number, or payment account
- Evidence of product resale or commercial misuse
- Tampered, refilled, or counterfeit returned packaging
- Submission of manipulated, edited, or fraudulent photographs
- Any pattern of behaviour indicating misuse of the Transformation Guarantee
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 7 working days of approval:
- Check your bank account, UPI app, or original payment method
- Contact your bank — internal processing times can vary
- If still unresolved, email nivkarastore@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Follow-up — [Your Order Number]" and we will resolve it promptly.
11. Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Returns & Refund Policy shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between both parties through email correspondence or mediation. Failing resolution, any legal action shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert Your Registered City], India.

This policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954, and applicable FSSAI and Ministry of AYUSH guidelines for Ayurvedic supplements in India.
