Shipping & Cancellation Policy

At Nivkara, we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping and cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India, including Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities. We do not currently ship internationally.
2. Free Shipping
We offer Free Delivery on all orders above ₹299. For orders below ₹299, a nominal shipping charge may apply, which will be shown at checkout.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order placement. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, or local disruptions.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or email. You can use this to track your order on the courier partner's website or through the link provided in your shipping confirmation.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We proudly support Cash on Delivery across all serviceable pin codes in India. Please keep the exact change ready at the time of delivery. COD orders that are refused or returned without genuine reason may be flagged and affect future COD eligibility.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases:
- For prepaid orders, a refund will be processed after deducting return shipping charges.
- For COD orders, no refund is applicable as payment was not collected.
8. Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch:
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at nivkarastore@gmail.com or via WhatsApp. We will cancel and refund (if prepaid) the full amount with no charges.
After Dispatch:
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after receiving the product as per our Returns & Refund Policy.
9. Wrong or Damaged Product Received
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
