Nivkara Bhringraj Root Therapy Hair Oil is an external-use hair-care product. Individual results vary based on hair type, scalp condition, routine, lifestyle and consistency of use. We do not claim to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

1. Product Disclaimer

Nivkara Bhringraj Root Therapy Hair Oil is for external use only.

Please avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation, itching, redness or discomfort occurs. If you have a sensitive scalp, active scalp infection, severe dandruff, sudden hair loss, patchy hair loss or any medical condition, please consult a qualified dermatologist before use.

By purchasing Nivkara, you confirm that you have read the product instructions and are using the product at your own discretion.

2. 14-Day Return Window

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible orders.

You may request a return if:

- The product was delivered damaged
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product packaging was defective
- The product is unopened, unused and sealed

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used hair oil bottles cannot be returned unless there is a verified quality issue, damage or wrong delivery.

3. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Clear photos of the product
- Clear photos of the outer packaging
- Photo of the batch number or label if visible
- Short description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

4. Unopened Product Returns

If your product is unopened, unused and sealed, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions:

- Product must be unused
- Bottle seal and outer packaging must be intact
- Product must not be damaged by the customer
- Return request must be raised within 14 days of delivery

Return shipping may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to wrong, damaged or defective delivery.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

- Product has been opened or used
- Product seal is broken
- Return request is raised after 14 days
- Product was damaged after delivery due to customer handling
- Customer expected guaranteed hair growth or overnight results
- Customer dislikes fragrance, texture or feel after opening, unless there is a verified quality issue
- Product was purchased from an unauthorized seller
- Photos or order details required for verification are not provided

6. Refund Process

Once your return or refund request is approved:

- Refund will be credited to the original prepaid payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 working days after approval or return receipt.
- The exact credit timeline may vary depending on your bank, card provider, UPI app or payment gateway.
- Replacement orders will be dispatched after verification of the issue, if replacement is approved.

Shipping charges, convenience fees or payment gateway charges may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by wrong, damaged or defective delivery.

7. Replacement Policy

For verified damaged, defective or wrong product cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

A replacement may be issued when:

- Product leakage occurred during shipping
- Bottle or cap was damaged in transit
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product label or batch details are unreadable
- Product is unusable due to delivery-related damage

8. Irritation or Sensitivity

If you experience irritation, redness, itching, burning or discomfort:

- Stop using the product immediately
- Wash the affected area with mild shampoo/water
- Consult a qualified dermatologist if symptoms continue

A refund or replacement in such cases will be reviewed based on product condition, usage details and supporting information.

9. No Guaranteed Results Policy

Nivkara does not promise guaranteed hair growth, overnight results, or a cure for hair loss.

Hair and scalp routines vary from person to person. Results depend on hair type, scalp health, consistency, lifestyle and the underlying cause of hair concerns.

For sudden, severe, patchy or persistent hair loss, please consult a qualified dermatologist.
