Suraj, maine hamesha breakfast ke 30-45 min baad liya. Pet thoda settle ho jata hai phir absorption better hota hai. Vaidya ji bhi yahi recommend karte hain. Gym ke baad whey vagaira separate cheez hai, ye different role play karta hai.

Skeptic mode on. 8.8 kg in 90 days is on the aggressive end but plausible. The agni framing makes more sense than anything I have read about Indian hardgainer body type. Going to try with 60-day guarantee, if nothing happens, refund and we move on.
